Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be made 48-hours in advance of your scheduled departure time in order to receive a full-refund. Otherwise you will be given a credit for the original paid amount to ride the Go Green Shuttle for one full year. Return to Frequently Asked Questions |
Can I pay for another passenger online?
Yes. Simply add your name, address, etc. then list under the special instructions or comments section the "passenger name_______ " along with the cell phone number that this passenger will have on the day he/she will be traveling. If you do not do list your name in the customer information section then your credit card may not be able to process correctly.

How much luggage can I take?
Same as the airlines. Two bags and a carry-on. If luggage is extra large or an odd shape please make a comment during the reservation process so that we can make the appropriate accommodations. Return to Frequently Asked Questions |

I would like to send my child alone on the shuttle, is that OK?
Children over the age of 8 may be sent on the shuttle unattended. However, we request the following information in the comment box of the reservation:
- Name & phone number of person bringing them to our stop
- Name & phone number of person picking them up at destination
- Name & age of the passenger
We will try to seat children under 14 behind the driver so they can answer any questions. Be aware that we do stop in Fillmore to refuel & allow passengers to use the bathroom. The person meeting your child at the destination should have photo ID in case any questions arise. If you have any questions do not hesitate to call.

I want to talk to a live person. What are your hours?
Our phone lines are open Monday though Saturday 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. If you call during those hours and we do not pick up, we are on the phone with another customer or in a short staff meeting. You can leave a message and we should return your call within the hour.

Do I need a ticket?
No. Our drivers have an up-to-date list of all reservations made. However, it is helpful if you print out your ticket and give it to the driver. Return to Frequently Asked Questions |

What about car seats or booster seats?
You must provide a car set and/or booster seat for any / all children under the age of 8. We encourage you to make sure these car seats are correctly installed in our vans. Return to Frequently Asked Questions |
Can I pay my fare to the driver?
Yes! We accept and process the major credit cards at the point of shuttle departure.
We accept cash. We do not accept checks.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow sufficient time for payment processing.
Note that all pre-paid (online credit card) reservations, followed by reservations with the intent to pay at the shuttle will be guaranteed a seat in that order. All walk-ons are welcome subject to shuttle seating availability at the time of departure.

Will you deliver packages?
Yes. Prices vary according to size. Generally $20 to $55. We will need the packages brought and picked up at our regular stops. We request phone numbers and names of persons who will drop off and who will pick up. Call us for more information and exact prices, or to schedule delivery.

What kinds of shuttles do you drive?
We drive passenger vans that run on compressed natural gas. We limit our passenger load to 10 so that everyone has elbow room and can ride comfortably since the vans are designed to fit 15.
Although we have vehicle wraps over the entire van you can see out the windows--from inside the van it simply looks like the windows are tinted.
The front seats can be reserved on a first come, first served basis. All seating is on bench seats except the front passenger seat. If you would prefer the front passenger seat simply call to see if it is available. Or if you need to use the cigarette lighter to plug in a laptop please feel free to request the front seat if it is available. There is no extra charge for the front seat but they are only reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Can I book a one-way trip?
Yes, we regularly have passengers travel just one way. Simply leave the entire right side of the reservation page blank and book your travel on the left side. Then press “Check availability” button.

Can I use your shuttle to get to the Salt Lake Airport?
Sorry, but we do not have the special security clearance required by Salt Lake Airport.
We're all anxious for the UTA Trax line to be extended out to the Salt Lake Airport (projected opening in 2015). In the meantime, you can ride the Trax line ($2.25 for adults, $1.10 for seniors) to the Salt Lake Central Station and then take a taxi from there. Taxis are generally waiting at that station or you can call Ute Cab at 801-359-7788 (approximate cost is $12-16) or Yellow Cab at 801-783-1532 (approximate cost $15-20).
Another option is to schedule a pick up from Xpress Shuttle (1-800-397-0773) directly from the Murray Trax Station (cost is approximately $22.)

What about pets?

Can I bring my bike?

What about parking?

Can you drop me off at different locations?
Please call our toll-free number to tell us where you would like to be dropped off. If our schedule allows for it, Go Green Shuttle will make an effort to accommodate your request for an additional charge.

Do you cancel shuttle routes?
We reserve the right to cancel any shuttle service up to 48 hours prior to the shuttle departure if the shuttle has no passengers scheduled. Go Green Shuttle will make every effort to ensure that you are contacted and given the ability to reschedule.

Do you have safe drivers?
Our dirvers have a clean driving record, undergo health screening, regular drug testing, at least 10 years driving experience, and must have a taxi-endorsement for the state of Utah. We know they are safe. We hope you will find riding with them safe and enjoyable.
